Hi, my name is Dan. I am a freelance graphic designer based in Whitley Bay in the North East of England. I have lived in the North East for most of my life, but I'm yet to pick up the geordie twang. I have a strong passion for football, music and design, and I love learning and implementing new design styles into my work.

Having studied Graphic Design at Northumbria University and then working in a marketing agency and with clients on a freelance basis, I am an ambitious graphic designer who treats all design projects with an unmatched passion and absolute respect for the design process. I strive to create original designs, which not only are my clients happy with, but I am happy with too.

I love working with passionate clients who love what they do and are excited to invest in their brand, whether you are an established business eager to improve your marketing collateral with new posters and leaflets or an exciting startup looking to build a new brand identity.

Outlining your brief

After getting all the boring contractual stuff out of the way, I will get stuck into the brief. To start with, I want to learn more about your business through a short questionnaire, researching what you currently have or need and establishing your tone of voice from the design brief you have laid out.

Fulfilling the project

Once I have all I need to get started, I will crack on with preliminary sketches and come up with and present you with some rough concepts and ideas of what directions we can go with the brief. Based on your feedback/decision, I will digitally refine the idea and present you with a design preview.

Feedback and changes

After reviewing the design preview, you will have the opportunity for three rounds of revisions to make changes to the design based on your feedback. Once you are happy, I will send you an invoice for the project, followed by all the final design files.
